My mission is to help women become the author of their lives by divorcing their story of the past so that they’re able to fully live in the present by designing a new chapter that they can look forward to living every day.

I KNOW FIRSTHAND WHAT IT’S LIKE TO DISSOLVE A MARRIAGE/RELATIONSHIP.

From experiencing divorce, five job losses in four years, financial hardships, health setbacks, balancing the role of motherhood, and repeated patterns of unhealthy relationships (you know, different person BUT character is similar) takes its toll spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially and physically.

From experiencing divorce, five job losses in four years, financial hardships, health setbacks, balancing the role of motherhood, and repeated patterns of unhealthy relationships (you know, different person BUT character is similar) takes its toll spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially and physically.

There it was five years post my divorce (2015) BUT nothing has changed except for my age and the years.


My story was the same, the chapters were repeated scripts of the previous chapter, and I didn’t like my life’s direction or the woman I was becoming. I felt like I failed myself and my kids. My confidence was severely compromised and the courage it took to be vulnerable about that truth was scary.

However, from that year forward, I renewed a new vow to myself and my life has forever changed and my assignment is

to help others do the same.

Through my natural gift of communication combined with years of coaching, training, and teaching; this has allowed me to gain the skills and expertise to assist my clients in a way that sets them up to win!

My personal philosophy is that

"Nothing shifts until you do! That’s your power!"

I am a native of Atlanta, Georgia where I reside with my two children. In my downtime, I enjoy being with my family and friends.
